Barking and Dagenham second worst for low pay

The borough has amongst the highest number of residents on low pay, a survey out today reveals
Stats reveal the borough is home to one of the highest numbers of people battling to get by on less than the London living wage.
Compared with 2013-2014 the borough has seen at least five per cent more people living here struggling with low paid jobs.
In total 31pc of residents earn less than the living wage, the highest in outer London.
And women have suffered most making up 58pc of low paid jobs across the capital.
Newham has the highest number of people on low pay with Waltham Forest, Brent and Enfield making up the rest.
Director of grants and policies Mubin Haq from Trust for London which funded the study said: “There is still a long way to go to making sure Londoners are paid fairly.”
The London living wage rose at the end of last month to £9.75 an hour.
