Traffic is mounting on the A406 and in Ilford town centre following a car crash between the Ilford Flyover and Barking Flyover.

Police and parademics were called to reports of a collision on the A406 North Circular Road at 4.10pm today (September 3).

Transport for London tweeted that soutbound carriageway has been reduced to one lane and congestion is reported to extend to the Redbridge Roundabout, Ilford town centre and the A118.
