Stroll: Charity walkers will meet at the Millennium Centre in Dagenham Road

Charity walkers will go on a stroll around a park in Dagenham to raise cash for diabetes sufferers.
The Diabetes UK walk takes place at Eastbrookend Country Park in Dagenham Road, Rush Green, from 10am on Saturday.
The ramble will also raise awareness about diabetes, which can lead to blindness and amputations. The two-mile walk will start at the Millennium Centre in Dagenham Road. To register, call 020 7424 1132 or log on to diabetes.org.uk/walk-for-diabetes.
Teenagers were forced to flee from their beds after their family car erupted in flames which licked at the front of their home following an arson attack.
