Car crash in Dagenham leaves one person injured

A person has been injured after a crash in Dagenham yesterday evening.

Emergency services were called to a collision in Wood Lane, near the junction with Green Lane, just after 5.30pm.

The crash involved two cars, with pictures showing a silver vehicle on top of another.

London fire brigade attended the scene.

One female driver was treated at the scene for shock. The other female driver and a male passenger were taken to an east London hospital with minor injuries.

Road closures were in place which have since been lifted, and buses were diverted.

No arrests have been made.
