Transfer news: Thomas Vermaelen is impressed with Santi Cazorla
Arsenal star Thomas Vermaelen is excited by the signing of Santi Cazorla.
The Gunners brought in the Malaga winger earlier this week and the Spaniard has impressed his Belgian team-mate in next to no time.
“Cazorla has trained two or three times and he fits in really well with the Arsenal philosophy and how we want to play,” said Vermaelen. “He is a great signing.
“This is the first time I have seen Serge, but you can see he is really quick, good with the ball and a really talented player.”
