Transfer news: Romelu Lukaku will assess his options during pre-season
The agent of Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku has kept a possible exit from Stamford Bridge open, if the 19-year-old does not play enough.
The Belgium international struggled to game-time at the Blues last season and was critical of former manager Andre Villas-Boas meaning his future at the club is unclear.
“For Romelu is very simple, first make the preseason and see if you have options to play or not,” agent Christophe Henrotay told Fichajes.com.
“If things get complicated, then your priority will be to stay in England.”
With Fernando Torres likely to be involved in the latter stages of Euro 2012 and Daniel Sturridge potentially featuring at the Olympics, Lukaku may find himself a regular in pre-season.
