Barking Road Runners’ Faye Spooner completed her 12th marathon of 2018 in style in Berlin.

Spooner, who ran a total of 15 marathons in 2017, clocked 3:54.55 in the German capital and called it a “lovely, lovely marathon”.

Cristina Cooper completed 31 laps at Brands Hatch in the Revolve 24 event, a festival of cycling, for a distance of 75 miles and 1,639m elevation to finish as third female.

Clubmate Richard Dudman managed 43 laps for third male.

Natalie Traylen took on the Pirate Run in Richmond Park which involved numerous surprises en route and clocked 29.40 for the 5k.
