Cummins leads the team home in Essex.
Dagenham 88 Runners Ian Cummins and Tracey George both achieved personal bests on Sunday at the Harlow 10-mile race.
It was the event’s 23rd anniversary and Cummins and George celebrated it in style with best times.
George crossed the line in one hour, 41 minutes and 27 seconds, with Cummings the first 88 runner home in 1:10.09.
Malcolm Dennis crossed the line in 1:22.58, with Chris Howlett next in 1:26.12.
Caroline Cummins stopped the clock on 1:34.03 and Sharon Robinson finished with a time of 1:36.52.
■ Meanwhile, on Saturday, 10 members participated in the Valentines Park 5km parkrun event.
Nigel Swinburne was the first home in third place with 18.24.
Jennifer Akroyd finished 32nd in 23.15, while David Goodson took 53rd in 26.43.
Kresh Veerasamy was 56th in 27.14 as Anne Duggan stopped the clock in 29.27 for 71st with Sam Veerasamy 101st with 33.32.
Caroline Cummins was 105th in 33.45 and was followed home by Timi Veerasamy in 110th with 34.17.
Ian Cummins completed the course in 34.18 for 111th spot and Savitri Bouffe was 125th in 37.37.
■ In midweek, runners took to Hainault Forest for the fourth leg of the 2012 ELVIS series. First to finish for the team was Swinburne in 16th position with 31.38, while Sam Rahman took 21st position with 31:55.
Ian Cummins occupied 48th position with 35.35 as Steve Ray finished in 66th position with 37.01.
Christopher Donnellan completed the course in 38.21 with Akroyd in 119th position in 41.18.
Amanda Heslegrave was 133rd clocking 42.24 as Chris Howlett finished 137th with 42.35.
Michel Pegnall took 141st position with 43.25 and Wendy Saunders occupied 164th position in 46.26.
Claire Howlett was 166th in 46.29, while Caroline Cummins was a place further back in 47.15.
Timi Veerasamy completed the course in 177th with 49.44.
John Power was 182nd in 51.53, Sam Veerasamy 193rd in 57.15 and Lee Davis 198th in a time of 63.20 to complete the 88s contingent.
