Transfer news: Fernando Gago wants to leave Real Madrid
Chelsea, Everton and Manchester United target Fernando Gago wants to leave Real Madrid, according to his agent.
The midfielder has struggled to find his way into Jose Mourinho’s side and spent time on loan at Italian side, Roma.
Agent Marcelo Lombilla said: “Gago is not going to persuade Jose Mourinho to select him, therefore, he is currently at a club that does not have the slightest confidence in him.
“If it were up to me, he would have left months ago.
“We hope that the situation is resolved quickly. However, he will not play neither in Russia nor in Turkey.”
