Chelsea transfer news: Romelu Lukaku is excited by the prospect of teaming up with Eden Hazard, who turned down Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and Spurs to sign for the Blues
Chelsea youngster Romelu Lukaku is delighted that international team-mate Eden Hazard is set to join the Blues.
The 21-year-old playmaker announced he would be joining the “Champions League winners” on Twitter and Lukaku is excited at the prospect of seeing another Belgian starlet at the club.
“I am glad he comes to Chelsea,” Lukaku said. “He will make us stronger.
“I was hoping for this transfer for a long time. I told him, that if he needs anything I will be there for him.
“Maybe in the future all Belgians can play in the Chelsea team: Thibaut Courtois, Kevin De Bruyne, Hazard and me. That would be great.”
