Gavin Hoyte has moved to Dagenham & Redbridge on a two-year deal
Dagenham & Redbridge boss John Still has begun remodelling his squad for the new season with the signing of ex-Arsenal defender Gavin Hoyte.
The 22-year-old was available on a free transfer after being released from the Emirates this summer and Still moved quickly to beat off competition from rival clubs.
Hoyte has penned a two-year deal and joined up with the squad for their first day of pre-season training on Friday.
Hoyte told Daggers Player: “I’m looking to get back and start playing. I’ve had a taste of it with loan spells, now I want to get out there and show I can play.”
