Dagenham & Redbridge have extended the loan of Charlton Athletic striker Ade Azeez.

The 20-year-old has represented the club on 12 occasions during his previous two months at Victoria Road, scoring twice as he helped the Daggers to a 2-1 win at Bristol Rovers in March – a month where the club were undefeated in eight games.

On the renewing of his loan from the Championship side, boss Wayne Burnett told the official website: “I’m delighted we have managed to extend Azeez’s loan until the end of the season.

“I think all the loan players have been invaluable to us this season and what they have done is a credit to themselves as well as their club and I’m really pleased about that.”
