Supporters were asked for their views through social media and responded in their droves

With fans of Dagenham & Redbridge now having had a week to collect their thoughts after the end of the National League season, it seems high time to ask them to review the campaign.

After being asked to sum up the term through social media site Twitter on Monday, there were plenty of responses from the Daggers faithful.

Three words seem to be the norm for social media reviews, hence why it’s been used here and you can see the fans’ thoughts in this article.

Of course, there were a couple of responses we had to leave out because of their choice vocabulary.

There was also some which did not really grasp the idea of a ‘three word review’, instead giving lengthier – but still good – summations.

Throughout most of the responses, there was a feeling of positivity and rightly so after a campaign where boss John Still rebuilt the squad and finished fourth.

But let’s hope this time next year, fans are being asked for their thoughts after winning promotion to the Football League.
