Wayne Burnett’s side couldn’t find a goal this week, but defended well and kept a third consecutive clean sheet.

Chances were limited throughout, but Ashley Chambers should have put the hosts ahead after 18 minutes. However, he side footed wide with the majority of the Oxford United goal to aim at.

Ashley Hemmings created that opportunity and he was the most threatening Daggers player, but they had to be content with another point.

Mark Cousins (7) – A quiet game for the Victoria Road number one, Wes Burns forced him into one save, but little to do other than that.

Matt Partridge (6) – Another decent game for youngster at right-back. He did get caught a couple of times, but was solid for the majority of the match.

Scott Doe (8) – He has been excellent in recent weeks and kept up his standard again. Most experienced defender in back line and is leading like a real captain.

Ayo Obileye (7) – He didn’t show much accuracy with his passing, but defended well and is developing an excellent partnership with Doe.

Jack Connors (7) – Third game in a row for the youngster and another encouraging performance. He defended excellently, despite picking up early caution.

Ashley Chambers (5) – Winger should have done much better with close range chance created by Hemmings and appeared to lack confidence afterwards.

Billy Bingham (6) – Typical performance from Bingham until he was forced off with concussion. He put himself about bravely and passed with good intent.

Joss Labadie (8) – Action packed performance from Labadie, who was up there as one of Daggers best. He threw himself into a lot of challenges and was unlucky with some late free kick efforts.

Ashley Hemmings (8) – Excellent display from wide man, who was Daggers best player on the pitch. He had the beating of his full back and put in numerous good deliveries. On another day would have created the winner.

Rhys Murphy (6) – Not many opportunities for Murphy to shine, played a good through ball to Jamie Cureton, but his strike partner was offside.

Jamie Cureton (6) – Hard for experienced forward to get into the game, had good headed effort. But struggled overall.

Substitutes

Andre Boucaud, for Bingham 46. (7) – Boucaud made a positive impression when he came on, kept the ball well and was solid with Labadie.

Damian Batt, for Partridge 70. (6) – Solid performance from right-back, although wasn’t called upon too much.

Alex Jakubiak, for Chambers 76. (6) – Another short cameo for Watford youngster, but again he made positive impact with a couple of lively runs.
