Two youngster to remain on loan for another month

Dagenham & Redbridge have confirmed Ian Gayle and Frankie Raymond have extended their loan deals with their respective clubs.

Central defender Gayle has been on loan to Conference South outfit St Albans City since November and has become a mainstay in the team.

He will now remain with the club until February 14 and could play up to four more matches for the Hertfordshire club.

Meanwhile Raymond’s deal with Eastbourne Borough, another Conference South side, has been extended until February 14.

The midfielder moved back to Sports, the club he joined Daggers from in the summer, in November and has enjoyed regular football at Priory Lane.

Raymond could play in six more matches now his loan has been extended, although both extensions are subject to confirmation.
