Dagenham & Redbridge duo Andre Boucaud and Jack Connors have been called up for international duty.

Midfielder Boucaud has received a call to represent his home country Trinidad and Tobago in their Caribbean Cup Qualifiers in October.

Boucaud, who has made ten appearances since moving to Victoria Road in August following his release from Notts County, could play up to three times whilst on international duty.

Trinidad and Tobago are set to face Dominican Republic on October 8, St Lucia on October 10 and Antigua and Barbuda on October 12 so the midfielder is expected to be unavailable for Daggers Johnstone’s Paint Trophy clash against Leyton Orient on October 7 and will definitely miss the league trip to Accrington Stanley on Ocotber 11.

Meanwhile Connors had earned a third call up to the Republic of Ireland under-21 team.

The left-back will face Norway in an international friendly on October 9 and could start again after playing the full 90 minutes in his side’s UEFA Qualifying match against Germany in September.

Connors will also miss both Daggers matches against Orient and Accrington.
