Dagenham & Redbridge have signed 27-year-old goalkeeper Mark Cousins on a two-year contract following his release from Colchester United

Cousins has spent the last 10 years with the U’s, but during that time has only made 58 first-team appearances for the League One side.

During his earlier years at Colchester, he has spent loan spells in non league with Staines Town, Enfield and Yeading, but opportunities at the Weston Homes Community Stadium have been very limited.

At the end of last season Cousins’ contract was not renewed by Colchester boss Joey Dunne, and the Daggers have moved in to secure his services on a two-year deal.

Having a brand new kitchen is something that lots of people want but can only dream of. Sadly keeping up to date and making our living spaces as nice as they can be is a costly and incredibly stressful business. Even a fresh coat of paint makes all the difference but isn’t easy or quick.

Who wouldn’t love the chance to go on a shopping spree. Imagine being able to walk into a shop and choose whatever your heart desires without having to worry about how much it costs.
