West Ham United will want to end a run of three games without a win in all competitions when they entertain Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Hammers were knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Tottenham Hotspur in midweek, but Manuel Pellegrini’s side did draw 1-1 at Leicester City in the league last weekend.

Leyton Orient, meanwhile, know a win at Fylde on Saturday could take them back to the top of the Vanarama National League.

The O’s were held to a 1-1 draw at Eastleigh on Tuesday, though Justin Edniburgh’s men did thump Havant & Waterlooville 4-0 at home last Saturday.

Dagenham & Redbridge, meanwhile, hope to make it three league wins in a row when they visit Sutton United on Saturday.

A 2-0 win at Dover Athletic on Tuesday night and a 2-1 victory at home to Harrogate Town last Saturday has proved enough to lift Peter Taylor’s Daggers out of the bottom four.

All this, plus the latest from the Bostik Premier and below, is discussed on this week’s East London Football podcast.
