Daggers defender links up with his team mates at Hertfordshire club

Dagenham & Redbridge defender Ian Gayle is the latest youngster to depart the club on loan, after the club confirmed byhe moved to Conference South side St Albans City.

The 22-year-old has moved to Clarence Park on a one-month deal and will link up with two of his team mates from Victoria Road.

Jon Nouble only moved to the Saints last week on a one-month deal and midfielder Sean Shields has been on loan with the club since the start of the season.

Gayle will hope to be involved in St Albans game with Basingstoke Town tomorrow and is the second Daggers player to leave the club this week.

Midfielder Frankie Raymond moved to Eastbourne Borough on a month’s loan yesterday and the duo will now hope to get regular football at their respective loan clubs.
