Jordan Seabright has announced he will not be with Dagenham & Redbridge next season

Following on from the departure of goalkeeper Chris Lewington last week, number two Jordan Seabright has also left Dagenham & Redbridge.

Both Seabright and striker Afolabi Obafemi were still in negotiations with the club on Tuesday when the retained list was announced by the Daggers, but Seabright took to social networking site Twitter to announce he has left the club.

The goalkeeper tweeted: “All the best Dagenham, staff, players and fans, it’s been a pleasure.”

Seabright had featured in the final three games of the League Two season against Chesterfield, Northampton Town and Cheltenham Town in a bid to secure a new contract with the club, but boss Wayne Burnett has come to a decision which will see the goalkeeper depart after a two-year stay with the Daggers.

That currently means there are no first-team goalkeepers at Victoria Road, after the announcement of Chris Lewington’s departure last week alongside Femi Ilesanmi and striker Alex Osborn.

It’s been a busy week at Victoria Road, with Chris Dickson’s departure already announced, while new contracts have been offered to Zavon Hines, Ian Gayle, Gavin Hoyte and Bradley Goldberg.

Having a brand new kitchen is something that lots of people want but can only dream of. Sadly keeping up to date and making our living spaces as nice as they can be is a costly and incredibly stressful business. Even a fresh coat of paint makes all the difference but isn’t easy or quick.
