Team news: Torquay United v Dagenham & Redbridge
West Ham United loanee Blair Turgott is likely to be available for selection once again after a return from an ankle injury which has kept him out of the last two games, having made his club debut in the 1-0 home win over Oxford.
Daggers long-serving left back Femi Ilesanmi is also hopeful of starting on his 23rd birthday after also recovering from an ankle problem picked up in the Accrington Stanley home game on March 25.
Scott Doe serves the second game of a three-match ban following his sending off against Wycombe Wanderers, while Rhys Murphy (groin) and Zavon Hines (knee) are also absent for the Daggers as they face the Gulls today, looking for revenge from the 1-0 home loss earlier in the season, after Aaron Downes’ goal proved to be the difference.
The visitors lost 2-1 at Plainmoor last season, and from seven games against the Gulls, the Daggers have won just once, and that dates back to their first enounter back in 2009 when a double from Danny Green and one each for Peter Gain, Josh Scott and Wes Thomas saw them emerge victorious in a 5-3 success at Victoria Road.
Torquay will be without loan striker Jayden Stockley, who serves the second game of a three-match suspension.
