The awards honour league, clubs and individuals who have made a significant contribution to improving behaviour within football.

Winners will receive a cash prize, invitations to the awards ceremony at the FA Community Shield match and exclusive use of the Respect Gold Award logo.

There are six awards categories, which are as follows:

Professional Game - Premier League and Football League. An award will also be made to the Premier League club considered to have the most sporting fans.

Leagues - At a county, regional and national level in the following areas of the game; National League System, Women’s Pyramid of Football, Grassroots Adult League, Grassroots Youth League.

Clubs - All levels: National League System, Women’s Pyramid, Grassroots.

Individuals - The Bobby Moore Award is available to anyone in football who, by their conduct, provides an example of the way in which the game should be played, officiated or administered.

County FA - The County FA considered to have done the most to promote Respect in the last three seasons.

People’s Award - An individual, team, club or league involved in a spontaneous act of respect displayed this or last season.

The nominations process for Essex leagues differs from clubs and individuals as they will receive consideration by the Essex County FA, who’ll identify the best Respect Leagues in the county (Commended) and the single league (Bronze winners) which should be put forward for further consideration at a regional (Silver) or National Level (Gold).

Nominations can be made at www.TheFA.com/respectawards.
