The latest news from the Thomas McCurtains GAA club

Thomas McCurtains are on the lookout for new managers for two of their teams ahead of the new season.

The Goodmayes-based club are searching for a new manager for both their intermediate hurling and intermediate football sides.

The ideal candidate for both roles will be someone with a successful background in Gaelic sport who can lead a committed squad.

The two roles will involve running two training sessions a week, as well as being present for the weekend’s matches.

Anyone interested in either of the roles should contact club chairman Johnny O’Dwyer by calling 07956 653209.

New players are always welcome to join, with Gaelic football and hurling teams for both men and women from under-eights to adults.

With players drawn from across east London and Essex, transport to and from training can be arranged if required.

Find the club on Facebook and Twitter, or email thomasmccurtains@hotmail.com for more information.
