Transfer news: Internacional have not received a bid for Oscar or Leandro Damiao
Internacional have denied that they have received any offers for Chelsea and Tottenham target Oscar.
The player’s agent, Carlos Meinberg Neto, claimed that the Blues had made a bid for the Brazil international and that a deal could be done soon.
But Inter president Giovanni Luigi, claims there have been no bids for the 20-year-old playmaker or known Tottenham target Leandro Damiao.
“There have been no offers for Oscar and Leandro Damiao,” Luigi told Radio Gaucha.
“Internacional have the practice of selling one or two players every transfer window.
“This system has been working and we will keep it, developing players, then finding replacements if they are sold while the window is open.
“So we might sell a player, but right now no offer has been made for any player in the squad.”
Transfer news: Scout and former sporting director of French club Monaco Tor-Kristian Karlsen has claimed that Liverpool are set to pip Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United to the signing of Schalke defender Kyriakos Papadopoulos.
