Transfer news: The R’s are close to signing Jose Bosingwa
QPR are set to sign former Chelsea full back Jose Bosingwa.
The 29-year-old was released by the Champions League winners at the end of last season but could remain in London now.
“We’re having discussions with him and his advisors. We think we’re very close to bringing him in,” said Hughes.
“He’s the right quality.
“He’s got a lot of football left in him and we’d be delighted if we could bring him to the club.”
