May & Baker captain Andy Yarrow has called on his team to start strongly this weekend when they welcome Surrey One outfit Chipstead in the quarter-finals of the Junior Vase.

The Essex One leaders are aiming to reach the final four of the competition for the first time and Yarrow has warned Bakers they cannot take the Surrey side lightly, despite them suffering nine defeats out of 10 in the league.

“It is a different anticipation this weekend,” he said.

“In the league we know we need four tries and to win, but the cup is different.

“Chipstead were bottom of Surrey One until last weekend, when they won for the first time, so they will fancy their chances.

“I get the feeling, similar to us, if they get through, this will be the furthest they have got in the competition.

“Our goal is to give a good account of ourselves in the first 15-20 minutes and look to get a few tries on the board.

“If we can get an advantage early on I will be confident of getting a result.”

Having a brand new kitchen is something that lots of people want but can only dream of. Sadly keeping up to date and making our living spaces as nice as they can be is a costly and incredibly stressful business. Even a fresh coat of paint makes all the difference but isn’t easy or quick.

Who wouldn’t love the chance to go on a shopping spree. Imagine being able to walk into a shop and choose whatever your heart desires without having to worry about how much it costs.
