The 25-year-old star - who previously dated his ‘Only Way is Essex’ co-star Lauren Goodger - has claimed while he is single at the moment he is looking for a girlfriend, but finds it hard to meet people because of his celebrity status.

Speaking at the Barclaycard Wireless Festival, Mark told the Daily Star newspaper: “I’d want her not to be famous. It’s less hassle. But also it’s hard to meet people. I am single at the moment and looking.”

Mark was recently linked to beach volleyball player Chelsea Rashoff while he was in Los Angeles filming his ITV2 show ‘Mark Wright’s Hollywood Nights’ in the city, but it is believed their romance died when he returned to the UK.

A source said: “Mark has been loving all the attention from the LA girls, but especially from Chelsea.

“Everyone could see that there is definitely a spark between them. Chelsea is beautiful and their relationship is sure to blossom.

“They are very sweet together, holding hands and gazing into each other’s eyes.”

Mark also enjoyed a brief relationship with ‘TOWIE’ co-star Sam Faiers.
