Tulisa Constavlos has had her fair share of ups and down during the past weeks – and now her display on Britain’s Got Talent has come in for flak.

Twitter erupted in a flurry of condemnation for the supposedly sub-par performance, over the bank holiday weekend.

If online critics were X Factor judges like Tulisa, she might have found it hard to survive on the hit show.

Un-coordinated ‘dad dancing’ and a less than pitch perfect vocal dsplay were picked out as the major flaws.

With her track ‘Young’ riding high at the top of the charts, Tulisa confessed to feeling nerves on Twitter before stepping on-stage to sing it live, on Sunday.

Shortly afterwards, the audicence at home delivered its verdict.

“Wow! Ok.. Just watched Tulisa’s #BGT peformance... Erm.....Wow...Well at least she sang Live!!” said Miss London Hughes.

“Just watched Tulisa’s performance on #BGT. Did absolutely nothing for her career, i could sing and dance better, & that is saying something,” rapped Holly Pomford.

“Just watched tulisa’s bgt performance, i really like her song n i like her but OMG dat performance was poor....just poor *cringes,* said Jack Inzebox.

Embattled Tulisa did get some support on the micro-blogging site.

“I don’t get what’s meant to be so rubbish about Tulisa’s BGT performance? She sounds great,” responded Hazel Robinson.

Whatever the verdict on her live display, the charts delivered their own verdict - with ‘Young’ embedded at number one.
