Made in Dagenham picked up 13 Bafta nominations


British film Made in Dagenham has been nominated for a string of prestigious Bafta awards, it was announced this morning,

The film - based on female workers’ fight for equal pay at Fords factory - was a hit with critics and audiences alike when it was released in September.

It was nominated for outstanding British film, costume design, and make-up and hair while Miranda Richardson is in the running for best supporting actress.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on February 13.
