A BRACE from Nina Downham led West Ham to an historic win against National Division side Bristol Academy at the weekend.
The Hammers had never defeated a team from the National Division until Downham's double put them into the fifth round, where they will face Barnet.

WEST HAM under-16s are through to the quarter-finals of the Women's Junior London FA Cup, after a comprehensive seven-goal demolition of Parkwood Rangers.
Danni Robertson, Leigh Houlihan and Faye Cook struck in the first half to give the Hammers a three-goal lead.
Robertson completed her hat-trick after the interval and Chantelle Foster and Gemma Abela added to the rout.
West Ham: Picton, Mitchell, Reed, Trimby, Kershaw, Cook, Abela, Houlihan, Hayes, Lipley-Hinton, Robertson.

WEST HAM under-14s made a winning start to 2010 with a 4-2 victory over Hutton.
The visitors took six minutes to open the scoring when Sophie McLean netted.
The Hammers doubled their lead before half time courtesy of Terri Townson. After the interval Hutton clawed their way back into the game and made it 2-2.
But it was to be West Ham's day as Chelsea Martin and Ella Hill struck to give them the win.
