I HAVE recently completed a beginner's computer course with the Disabled Association of Barking and Dagenham which is based at Dagenham Football Club in Victoria Road.

I am over 70 years young, and I urge any other senior who would like to learn computer skills to get in touch with these people.

Never before have I met tutors that were so helpful, always with a smile and the patience of Job.

I was encouraged and praised for my efforts, it makes a big difference when you find it difficult to grasp something new.
