DAGENHAM & REDBRIDGE will face a Cheltenham Town team buoyed by the appointment of Kidderminster Harriers manager Mark Yates next week.
The Robins recently relieved Martin Allen of his duties by mutual consent and moved to bring in Yates, who spent five years at the club as a player from 1999 to 2004.
His first game in charge will be at home to Bournemouth on Boxing Day, before he brings his new troops to Victoria Road on Monday.
Yates also brings Harriers assistant manager Neil Howarth with him to Whaddon Road and Cheltenham chairman Paul Baker said: "I wish them every success in their new roles. The board has no doubt that they are up for the challenge and I know they cannot wait to get started."
