Isn't it about time we could just speak to a human being when we phone the council instead of listening to that irritating wheelie bin message going on and on?
It has been running for so long now that every person in the borough must have been subjected to hearing it at least once and it is so annoying.
When I want to speak to the council, it would be good just to hear someone say "hello" instead of having to hear that. It's gone on long enough now, we've all heard it, please stop it.
