Maybe the WHOLE team need to take a leaf out of one of the clubs in the lower league, and PRACTICE being a TEAM!
Cole may have improved since Zola joined the Hammers, but he still has a lot to prove he is worth his place for the full 90mins.
When he gets goals every game then he has proved his worth.
Perhaps with more practice he, along with the rest of the team can prove their loyalty to the fans who pay their wages!
