DAGENHAM & REDBRIDGE duo Ben Strevens and Sam Saunders are proving to a highly sought after double act as League One side Wycombe Wanderers were the latest to declare their interest, writes MIKE SIMMONDS.
Brentford boss Andy Scott made his feelings known about the pair last week, but now Chairboys manager Peter Taylor, who tried to buy Strevens in January, has come out and signalled his intent.
"I've spoken to Strevens' agent and he's on my list, along with Sam Saunders, but there's quite a few people on my list," he told the Bucks Free Press.
"I tried to buy Strevens for League Two but now I've got to look at it and see whether he can do it in League One."
