WEST HAM goalkeeper Marek Stech faced a tough start to his loan spell at Wycombe Wanderers last Saturday.
The 19-year-old Czech Republic youth international was thrown in at the deep end for his debut, when Peter Taylor's side travelled to League Two leaders Brentford.
Before a noisy crowd of over 10,000, Stech faced a baptism of fire, letting in a goal after just two minutes and then conceding a free kick 25 yards out that eluded everyone in the box, including the keeper, before creeping in at the far post.
He did make some good saves though, despite letting in another nine minutes from time, and Wycombe would have been happy with their 3-3 draw. on the day.
