WE go back almost 30 years when youngsters came up Trumps at the opening of something quite rare in those days - a burger bar!
The young people got to meet up with West Ham United's star goalkeeper of the time...Phil Parkes.
Phil made the short journey - about a goal kick away from the Hammers' Boleyn Ground - for the opening of the restaurant, known as Trumps in Green Street.
Phil, along with the then Newham Mayor Cllr Mrs Marjorie Helps, played host to 40 children who would not otherwise have had the chance to enjoy themselves.
They were given a party at Trumps.
Phil and Majorie made no beefs as they toured the burger bar, then served up burgers, hot dogs and milkshakes. They were both besieged by autograph-hunting customers.
The West Ham and England keeper also used his magic fingers to display some dazzling handiwork amid the balloons. And Mrs Helps completed the fun by sporting a nifty line in headgear...a Trumps hat, which the youngsters in attendance also wore.
