The Tower Hamlets candidates for the general election 2017 have been announced.
Six would-be MPs will be running in the Bethnal Green and Bow constituency, and seven in Poplar and Limehouse:

Charlie Chirico – Conservative
William Dyer – Liberal Democrat
Alistair Polson – Green Party
Ian de Wulverton - Ukip
Ajmal Masroor – Independent
Poplar and Limehouse:
Jim Fitzpatrick – Labour
Christopher Wilford – Conservative
Elaine Bagshaw – Liberal Democrat
Nichola McQueen – Ukip
Bethan Lant – Green Party
Oliur Rahman – Independent
David Barker – No party listed
The election will be held on Thursday June 8, and if you have not registered to vote, you have until Monday May 22 to do so.
