The dead body of a 21-year-old man was found in the grounds of a Barking church on Saturday.
Police found the corpse at St Margaret’s Church, in North Street, at about 11:20am and are treating the death as ‘unexplained’.
Officers from Barking and Dagenham are currently investigating.
