DAGENHAM & REDBRIDGE striker Paul Benson has agreed a new three-year deal at the club after rejecting a move to League Two Shrewsbury Town, writes MIKE SIMMONDS.

Benson, who has netted 62 goals in 146 appearances will now remain at Victoria Road until 2012.
