ILFORD AC race walking star Scott Davis added to a string of top level performances, winning the Aviva World Trials and UK Championships at Alexander Stadium in Birmingham.
The field for the men's 5,000m race walk included two of the UK's European Cup representatives in Colchester Harrier, Dominic King and Coventry's Junior international, Mark O'Kane.
Belgrave's Junior international, Alex Wright, was also included in a strong field but Davis stormed to the UK title in 22.40.63.
Behind him the battle for the remaining podium places was settled with Wright claiming second in 23.20.13 ahead of O'Kane in 23.52.69.
