Brothers missing from Barking school found ‘safe and well’

Two brothers, both pupils at Riverside School in Barking, who went missing together have been found safe and well, Scotland Yard has said.

Saif Mahmood, 12, and Aman Mahmood, 11, had last been seen leaving the school, in Thames Road, Barking on Tuesday.

But late last night, police confirmed the pair, from Ilford, had been found.

“We are pleased to report that they have both been found safe and well,” they said in a statement.

“We thank the media for their assistance in this matter and also the public for their re-tweets and sharing on social media.”
