A fund supporting the growth of creative industries has been launched by the council.
Cash will be available to organisations to help them to grow and create employment and training opportunities.
The fund will also help to support the initial start-up costs for companies at the Icehouse Quarter in Abbey Road, Barking.
Those interested in a loan will be asked to submit a business plan and a repayment model.
