Businesses from across east London will be descending on Barking Rugby Club today (Wednesday) to show off their skills and network with each other.

East London Expo, now in its fourth year, is being held at the venue in Gale Street, Dagenham from 10am, with Romford MP Andrew Rosindell opening the event.

Various businesses are exhibiting, including London City Airport, Metro Bank and Prontaprint Barking, while high-profile speakers have been lined up to give free seminars on everything from speed networking to digital marketing.

The event continues until 6pm and will be followed by a networking evening from 8pm.

East London Expo is being supported by media partners Archant, publisher of the Post.
