Nationwide Building Society in Station Parade, Barking, has been forced to close due to flooding.
Work is currently being carried out to fix the problem, thought to have be caused by plumbing.
The branch is expected to re-open on Monday.
Nearest alternative branches can be found at East Ham, Dagenham or Ilford.
