Seven plumbing students are celebrating after securing jobs at a big construction company.
Alfie Frankell, Terry Ridge, Marc Russell, Sarah-Jane Pierpoint, Karl Bloomfield, James Farley and Mark Harris have all picked up work with Laing O’Rourke.
They were students at Choice Training, in Wantz Road, Dagenham and many had been long-term unemployed. The centre has a variety of courses including plumbing, electrical installation, and heating skills.
The courses are free to 16 to 24-year-olds. Free one day taster courses are available. For more information visit choicetrainingltd.co.uk.
