A housing development of affordable and private homes in Chadwell Heath has been shortlisted for a national award.

The development by Lovell Homes in Lymington Mews, is in the running for Best Urban Regeneration Project at the First Time Buyer Readers Awards.

Built to be energy-efficient the mix of houses and apartments are just minutes from Chadwell Heath station.

The awards, now in their seventh year, are being run in conjunction with First Time Buyer property magazine.

And a public vote to decide the winners for the First Time Readers’ Awards is now open.

The winners of the awards will be announced by TV presenter, Nicki Chapman, at London’s Waldorf Hilton hotel in April.
