Charity to open shop at Heathway's Mall

AGE CONCERN is opening a new one-stop shop and cafe in Dagenham Heathway this weekend.

The unit inside the Mall shopping centre, will offer advice on the charity's services and sell items like artwork, cards, pottery and ornaments.

Shop manager Scott Lester said: "We can advice on a range of issues, including the services Age Concern offers."

Holiday and insurance will now be dealt at the Heathway shop, rather than at the White House in Green Lane.
