ORIENT manager Geraint Williams expects to extend the loan signing of Simon Church.
The Reading hitman has netted twice in the last two games, including the winner at Stockport last Saturday.
His initial one-month loan is about to expire, but Williams said: "We are talking to Reading at the moment and everyone seems happy.
"He's playing games and scoring goals and we are in discussions.
"Hopefully we will be able to keep him."
The young striker has formed an impressive partnership with Scott McGleish and the duo have given Orient a more potent look in recent weeks.
With Adam Boyd close to fitness and Wayne Gray featuring as a substitute in recent games, Williams will have genuine options up front for the vital run-in.
