WEST HAM midfielder Jack Collison will undergo surgery on his troublesome knee at the end of the season.
The 21-year-old Welsh international was on the bench at Chelsea on Saturday and is still able to play, but he will look for a permanent solution to his problem come the summer.
Collison injured the knee in a freak accident during the clash at Wigan Athletic last season, and though he has made a successful return to the team during this campaign, scoring two goals, the knee is still not 100 per cent.
